Springs Yoga Studio is dedicated to the science and art of Hatha Yoga
practice. Classes are taught in the tradition of Anusara Yoga as founded by
John Friend. Anusara Yoga integrates the celebration of the heart, universal
principles of alignment, and balanced energetic action in the performance of
asanas (yoga postures). This unique approach to Hatha Yoga blends the science
of biomechanics and the creative and joyful expression of the heart.
