Rusty Moore started practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga in New York City in 2000 with Paul Dallaghan, a certified ashtanga teacher and founder/owner of Centered Yoga and Yoga Thailand Retreat Center. After practicing in New York for two years, Rusty moved to Thailand to continue to study with Paul and other great yoga teachers to whom he feels intense gratitude. While there, he completed a 200-hour, one-month teacher training in ashtanga yoga and studied pranayama with Sri O.P.Tiwari (head of the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute in India). He lived at Yoga Thailand and continued a daily ashtanga practice and learned to teach. From there, Rusty moved to Los Angeles where he began practicing all types of yoga and continued to study ashtanga yoga with Chuck Miller and Maty Ersatz, both of whom are certified ashtanga teachers. Rusty moved to Atlanta in December of 2008. He just completed a 200-hour teacher training at Springs Yoga Studio in June 2009.

Rusty follows the teachings of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and other great yoga teachers and is beginning to embrace the practice and study of Anusara yoga. He is intensely interested in the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga and sees the practice of yoga as a meditative one that we live daily. He tries to balance classes with tying the physical practices to the breath, awareness and the principle of non-harm. He is deeply committed to the practice of yoga and hopes to impart some of the powerful, life-changing aspects of yoga he has learned to his students. He is eternally grateful to all of his teachers and has great gratitude and respect for David Aukamp and RuthAnn Martin of Springs Yoga.

JosieJosiane Adler, RN, RYT - For Josi, practicing and teaching yoga means fostering community, nurturing bodies, encouraging souls, and laughing and learning with like-minded individuals.
She completed her 200 Hour Teacher training at Springs Yoga in 2011. Josi is a nurturer by nature, and by profession. After completing a degree in horticulture at the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!), she moved from caring for plants to caring for people. As a flight attendant, Josi practiced grace under pressure, looking out for passengers' safety while pouring Diet Cokes. Seeking a career change - where she could build on her basic first aid and CPR knowledge and still wear a cute uniform - Josi decided to follow in Florence Nightingale's footsteps. As a Registered Nurse, Josi has helped people at all stages of life and is excited to now bring that medical background to her practice and instruction of yoga.

Josi has practiced many styles of yoga over the past 16 years. She has found that her yoga practice keeps moving her to a deeper desire to grow and share her love for the practice. Josi's classes challenge her students to take their yoga beyond the mat. She blends alignment principles and core heart qualities that inspire mind, body, and spirit - along with some groovy tunes.
