Things to know

No pre-registration required.  Class cards may not be shared or transferred and are not valid past the expiration date.  Please arrive 5 min. before class begins, wear comfortable clothing, and have no more than a snack 1 hour before class.  Yoga is an internal practice. Please have respect for fellow students and talk softly upon entering and leaving the studio.

Yoga mats and other yoga supplies are available for purchase.
