Yoga III -Refining the deeper postures including back bends arm balancing, and inversion variations.

Yoga I - Beginning class for students with little or no yoga experience. Learn to create more balance within by linking breath with movement.  Great stress relief for everyone.

Ashtanga - An abbreviated version of the classical Primary Series.  Each class follows a set sequence designed to progressively lengthen and strengthen the entire body.  Not for beginners.

Yoga II - A faster paced, free flowing series of postures.  No two classes are exactly the same while exploring new postures that will challenge the body and mind.  Invigorating!

Mixed Levels - These classes are appropriate for the levels listed.  Options will be given for more or less challenging postures for all students.

Restorative - Feel deeply rejuvenated as you move into stillness. Restorative yoga is a therapeutic style of yoga that combines the use of breath, props and supported postures to invite the body and mind into a state of profound relaxation. All Levels Yoga - This class will be a flowing series of postures for students of all levels including options for more or less challenging poses.

Mommy and Baby Yoga Classes Schedule

Babies:  Become a partner in the unfolding of your baby's tiny body and motor development.  Learn over 25 poses that help babies sleep longer, strengthen muscles used to roll, sit, crawl; aid in digestion, and poses to soothe fussiness.  Songs rhythms and movements give you many tools to promote baby's adjustment "outside" mommy.

Tots:  In between exploring every bit of territory with their hands and feet and mouths,  tots will learn many poses, movements, rhythms, and songs through  class games and mom's imitation along with facilitator Lori Sugarman.  Wild applause and enthusiasm always accompany each tot's accomplishments, which vary and may not appear until mid way through the 6 week session.   Poses keep babies flexible, strengthen muscles for crawling, walking, running and balance, and give mom ample opportunity to praise and clap.  Very helpful diversionary techniques when tantrums erupt.  Sign language is introduced in the toddler's class.
