Class Descriptions:

Gentle - For students who prefer a slower paced class or for those with physical limitations or injuries.

Mixed Levels - These classes are appropriate for the levels listed.  Options will be given for more or less challenging postures for all students.

Yoga I - Beginning class for students with little or no yoga experience. Learn to create more balance within by linking breath with movement.  Great stress relief for everyone.

All Levels Yoga - This class will be a flowing series of postures for students of all levels including options for more or less challenging poses.

Yoga II - A faster paced, free flowing series of postures.  No two classes are exactly the same while exploring new postures that will challenge the body and mind.  Invigorating!

Yoga Basics - slower paced class focusing on basic alignment principles.  Great if you are brand new to yoga or just want to learn more.  Not a beginner?  Then it will help your practice grow!
Yoga III -Refining the deeper postures including back bends arm balancing, and inversion variations. Soul Weights-This 1 hour class will focus on light resistance training with integrated yoga postures, precise alignment, rocking tunes, and good clean fun!!  Bring your own weights, 2, 3, or 5 pounds recommended.
.Grounded Kids Yoga classes - In Grounded classes, we share the transformational benefits of yoga with children & teens. Each class is based on an a theme that will inspire them to manage their physical and emotional responses to life. We begin by tuning in to the bigger picture that we are intrinsically good. From there, we move into poses and flows designed to tap into what all kids and teens relate to in their life. We empower students with breathing techniques that help energize, calm, cleanse, and balance their body and mind and show them how to practice yoga anytime. Teachers are all certified Hatha Yoga Instructors.
