Shawna Lassiter (RYT) is a registered member of the yoga alliance. She received her 200 hour certification in 2015 at Springs Yoga studying under RuthAnn Martin and David Aukamp. After many years in the gym and running the streets around Chastain Park, Shawna discovered her way to yoga. Realizing that this community inspires, teaches, enriches, and restores, she quickly gained a passion for yoga.
